The passive damage bonus from the Grizzly slvl20 is 215%. The damage bonus from a Might mercenary can reportedly reach 300% at slvl27. Therefore given shortage of skill points, investing in Oak Sage seems pointless but for the gain to the other party members (druid and mercenary). The passive +life bonus from Dire Wolf is 525% at slvl20 and Oak Sage slvl20 only adds 125% to base. I am currently playing a balanced fire/summons druid with about 46 in the summons and 42 in the fire spells, pretty standard I'd say but fun to play. Therefore, only builds that have these 20 points available seem to be 'qualified' for using a spirit. I have read that if you use any of the spirits, you must be willing to max it or it will die much to soon and much to often. Consider this a checklist with even more runewords for you to aim for while you're killing the Prime Evils over and over again.I am wondering if there are any builds that really benefit from either of the two spirits (Heart of Wolverine and Oak Sage) AND have the necessary 20 points to spare. Sure enough, both new and veteran players want a priority list on which of these Diablo 2 runewords are the most cost-efficient or rewarding.
